Robbie skill "Every 4 turn prepare for 4 turn before applying a shield......... ......................for 4 rounds". In that case of "for four rounds" the shield would be applied at 8,9,10,11.....16, 17, 18, 19....... or it means the shield would aplly just 4 turns at battle at 8, 16, 24 and 32? English is not my mother language, and game translation make more difficult. This "prepare" thing, is it some status effect too?

And Leonardo skills triggers only every 4 rounds. So that only applies at round 8, 16 and so on by robbie. If you have infantry tanks, it needs to be minimum level 5 so it put shield every 6 round. That way the skill get boosted in round 8,12,16,24,...

Oh, thank you! I know skills descriptions in SOS can be misleading and is still PTR, but the new gen 18 Eduardo has a skill "Every 2 turn deals 240% damage to the enemy front row and applies a 80% shield to Eduardo's squad for 2 turns". This could be beneficial for Leonardo in anyway?

Nope, not at all. The description is already not like it is coded and on top that skill only provides shields to rider.
