I think in the police training they should introduce a class where they are taught about the LAW and the CONSTITUTION because i dont think they have this knowledge, they seem to disregard any rule of law, thry know nothing about the law!!

@@vumbisnapSo, in Kenya a police officer has no boss? No boss who knows the law and the Constitution? The boss doesn’t have a boss who has a boss who knows? No one who is politically responsible for the police force? Nobody can tell a police officer what the Constitution or the laws says and , on the spot, place orders to, for ex., to stop using live bullets on civilians. Even the looters? Better still … don’t send police on the streets with live bullets. Live bullets are for special task forces! You never see police using live bullets on civilians in Western countries ( except the US). Regular police in Europe do not carry guns! With a possible exception that I am not aware of.
