What’s the best way to drive in a Borough like Staten Island? Is it a lot of brake tapping, timing of the distance between cars to get into different lanes, or what? I’m going to visit next year for 7 days so I’m trying to get an understanding of the area from the locals so I don’t make the same mistakes other visitors have made in the past
