We've heard it time & time again: parents will be one of the reasons you're in therapy when you become an adult. They don't mean to, but it happens. Seeing his stepdad beat up his mom & was on drugs...i know that story all too well with my own parents. It's traumatizing💔. How do you know love or how to love when your example was abuse & then they keep going back to each other? It messes with you for sure. Stay up August, we all going through it too. ❤️

Lil Bruh....you’ve been through so much!!! I literally had to pause at 7:27 to gather myself! It triggered me to tears. I remember standing in the middle of my parents trying to get my dad off my mom. He broke her ribs (3) times in my life. To this day, he says he only hit my mom once. I’m like, Dad that’s not true.” I listed off every time and they are truly countless. He said he doesn’t remember those. My parents never told me they loved me first. I told them. The first time I told my mom I was around 10. They were fighting. I tried to jump in and help her. She made me go sit down. He was kicking her and I yelled, “Mom, I love you. I don’t want you to die.” The crazy part is everything he did to her she did to me....Your step pops bit your brother. My mom bit me..... This is like wow for me! Again her I am 42, trying to live what’s thought to be a normal life and there’s nothing normal about it and your videos are forcing me to deal with issues I’ve buried. Thank you!!!

Children are pure and they see what most adults can not see. There could have been something with his spirit, that made her uncomfortable. I’m sure August understands. He too is NOW a purest. He knows how the spirit connects. He also knows if the spirit doesn’t connect, you must let it go. Notice how he didn’t fight her, he allowed her to be free. If you’re one that’s been in captivity, as August has, you would NEVER EVER want to keep someone who doesn’t want to be kept. Free them. God bless this young man. It’s really difficult to hold back the tears. I feel so much of his pain, simply by watching this documentary. 😪🌺🙏🏽
