I'm so glad you guys keep putting out content. I'm surprised this channel doesn't have more views and way more subscribers. I've been watching you guys for like 5 or 6 years now and I'm glad to see where you guys have progressed to. Keep it up!

Don't go Cd009 if you wanna be low, it hangs so low.
@StaticGarageUSA Жыл бұрын
Yeah that’s the only thing holding my back from it. R154? 😏
@OnlyDamp Жыл бұрын
@@StaticGarageUSA literally same, that’s what I’m going with I think. Idk though I’ve heard the ar5 swaps holds power pretty well too, up to 500whp is what I hear don’t quote me. But might as well just avoid the trouble and go ahead with a r154 if you plan to make big power.
@OnlyDamp Жыл бұрын
@@StaticGarageUSA really been considering the ar5 though.

I have the same car,same engine, same color, same ecu, same controller. but my controller doesn't say link on it wtf. That bumper is the tits. Can't wait to go with a bigger turbo on mine just running the ct15 steel wheel cartridge at 20psi for now. Love your content!
@StaticGarageUSA Жыл бұрын
That’s awesome haha. These boost controllers are pretty much all made by the same company. I think ECU companies just slap their own logo on it. I just wanted everything LINK since I’m running their stand-alone! Thanks for watching!

@@StaticGarageUSA yea Matt and Mark are awesome they were so helpful with setup. I need to get on their list for a engine harness. I'm getting a weird short in my apps sensor from my crappy modded 2jz ge harness so I got the drift motion throttle lock and turned off the etcs-i. Needs more tuning I think cuz the idle is a little high. But I think I like it with the e throttle turned off. When I rest my foot on the throttle lightly I get an ak47 effect. I know it's probably not good for the engine but it is so satisfying.

when you installed the lambda sensor did you tap into your obd2 port? Im having an issue where my afr reading to the link software isnt the same with what i see on my aem gauge. I have a feeling that i might need a stronger ground.
@StaticGarageUSA Жыл бұрын
No, I did that previously. The OBD port for the lambda is an analog signal which isn’t very reliable and we proved that with the dyno session where my tuner couldn’t rely on it. So I upgraded to a CAN wide band from Link which plugs into the CAN port on the stand-alone. Much faster and 100x more reliable and accurate.
