I think she just had some emotional transference due to her issues (husband died left her lonely and shop burned down and Ben was kind to her) and it may be she mistook some of actions honestly if he wasn't wearing his ring at the time which I know a lot of active professionals don't "during office hours" not to be nefarious but just as it's easier to avoid accidents or interference with their jobs.

She’s not a stalker, she’s harmless. She’s just a woman who lost her husband a year ago. They didn’t have kids, so she was lonely and depressed. Then her shop burned down and Ben came in and saved her and kind to her. She misinterpreted his kindness for flirting. Ben is hot so of course she flirted with him. Just because Ben wore his wedding ring daily doesn’t mean she saw it. As soon as she did see it, she realized that she had been misinterpreting his kindness and felt extremely embarrassed.

I don't actually watch Station 19, I only watch Grey's... but I do know Ben from when he's on Grey's and I doubt he'll cheat like what people are worrying about here in the comment section. Also, I doubt the woman will be like "oh, sorry I didn't realize you were married, " and then go away because that would be a pointless thing to happen storywise in this kind of show. Realistically speaking, if this were real life, and she was just a nice lady who misunderstood his kindness with flirting maybe that would happen. Most likely, this being a drama show, she will become obsessed with Ben, Ben being the nice guy that he is wont see it, and maybe defend her like "Oh no, she's just lonely and I'm her friend," and Baily will tell him he's an idiot, and then he wont listen and the lady will do creepy shit to try to break them up, or even hurt Ben or Baily when Ben realized she's obsessed with him and he puts up boundaries.
