I hear you with the laundry story. We are a family of seven and it is A LOT! I have changed my method over the years and it is still a lot but so much more manageable. I have a dirty laundry closet in our hall. Every type of clothing has a basket and all my kids have their own basket, white towels a basket, dishtowels, etc. The kids are supposed to each bring me the fullest basket during the week days. I do 2-3 small loads a day. I like the small loads because they take less drying time. When my 10 year olds basket is full it comes to me to wash, dry and goes to her to put away. This system saves so much time on the sorting. I also don't fold anything. Everything is either hung up or put into a drawer loose. Love your viddeos, so inspirational.

I laughed when you said mirrors are your favourite chore, my mirrors are always dirty because its my least favourite 😅🤦🏼‍♀️ i love vacuuming, especially on carpet getting those nice lines and seeing all the crumbs gone, and vacuuming is usually the last thing to complete a room so it feels like the finish line. This how things were after Hurricane Florence, only we didn’t have electricity. About day 8, I got pretty down, but my husband was home. This time I have electricity, but am away from him. You’re right, not knowing the end date for this is the worst mental part because there is nothing to count away and endure for the season.

Myself and my husband are under precautionary quarantine because my husband is showing symptoms of covid 19 but with the shortage of tests they couldn't test him but we all are under this quarantine and it's been driving us all crazy (myself, my husband and our 4 kids). I’m with you on the cleaning thing once you’ve started you just keep going. My project at the moment is my room at home as I’m back from university for at least three months with little notice and I’ve not been home for more than a couple of weeks at a time for nearly two years so trying to organise it so I can actually use the space. Feeling the shock of going from a flat to a bedroom though.

Haha! I live alone and my place also looks like a bomb went off! I get started organizing and then I start somewhere else. Finishing up my living room & desk in the next 2-3 days. I also would much rather clean, cook or bake than organize so limit myself in the kitchen and even say things like "don't clean today" because it doesn't really need it!

Have you looked into the no fold method of putting away laundry? The Secret Slob and The Minimal Mom both do this and have videos about it. It would save you a good bit of time and the draws look like they have enough room.

I have a little question. Why do you use a broom instead of your dyson? I have a cleaning business and we always use a hard floor vacuum so that the dust, dirt and pet hair is sucked up instead of being fluffed up into the air so it can resettle. Totally not being judgmental just wondering. 🥰🥰

we are all staying inside in Sweden, we are in lock down because all schools have closed almost, but the government haven’t declared lockdown. In the chaos in the mental health of staying inside all the time, we are also currently in the moving chaos so it’s not very homely, we live in boxes and have to stay inside for the last two weeks also.. but this too shall pass.
