Debt at an all time high, gold at an all time high.

Debt clock and the rates go hand in hand. When the interest is too high even rates can't change the course as the debt keeps growing faster than lower rates are able to counter the inability to pay. Old math, not new math. Slow but painful currency destruction. But I enjoyed your video.

Thank you for the compliment! You're right we didn't cover currency failure in this video, which can be a disastrous consequence of debt. We have talked about it in other videos, but it's probably worth a follow up. Gold's utility and value changes if the USD fails due to debt default.

The Keynesian model breaks down after 120% debt to GDP threshold has been broken… Therefore they can’t lie and say that they are getting more productivity out of more money printing …. Higher debt…. More money printing… higher gold prices because of devaluation just to service debt. With negative demographics trends, this further compounds the problem because negative tax receipts… forcing government to be more centralized, and figure out ways to take even more wealth from citizens

We loaded up #Silver at 22$ and planing to take 100% profits now around 35-40$ not sure yet. But i know from experience that if i not have a plan i will just hold up and down. Greed are why so many miss out on life changing profits.

I thought that the COMEX determined gold price ?
@patrickhenry741610 күн бұрын
LBMA does really. COMEX is used mostly for hedging. Sure price setting happens, but London is the big market for gold

A loss of faith in govt drives gold prices higher. Record debt, inflation, a FED who's data dependent that manipulates the data, a new settlement currency coming on line- it all points to the U.S. govt losing control. There's a plethora of other geopolitical and domestic turmoil going on as well, none of it's good and it all points to chaos near term. I'd say that's why gold is moving higher.

Debt is money that pays interest US Federal Debt is the best form of money supply, unlike bank loans it never gets paid back, gets rolled over + interest High interest raises the money supply (debt) even more Gold price is absolutely linked to US Debt & 95% correlated If u superimpose gold price chart with Debt chart they are an exact match, the only instances that they don't match is when gold becomes overvalued when every shoeshiner buys it, It frontruns then retraces Debt growth tit for tat Just plot the 2 charts since 1970 & see for urself

Debt this high coupled with no political will for austerity means people should not consider government bonds a safe haven, and should consider gold as an alternative. There is a fundamental case for gold even if price moves have not always aligned with that single fundamental factor. Price is affected by many fundamental factors and market psychology that may or may not be aware of the fundamentals. The fact that the Fed is willing to cut rates while claiming the economy is strong and while inflation remains above their target means people should expect inflation and this does put another fundamental factor in favor of gold, and perhaps one that more people are aware of. So I am bullish due to both high debt and the rate cut cycle kickoff

Well monetary policy is not distinguishable from debt anymore.
