That place was a trip! The metal TV stand was classic! That closet was a bit dicey, too.

they did not properly set it up for extended stay. Home2 Suites is the minimum for an extended stay standard. its just a very dated standard motel 6 style hotel

As you probably know but some folks might not, Extended Stay type places reduce the rate if someone stays a week and reduces it more if someone stays a month (28 days). I tested the prices online for there and if someone stays 28 days it came to 65.50 a night after tax.

For a thirty day month that comes to $1,965. Still very pricey for this dump.

Great reviews! Curious, how do you get your rates? I use third party sites, Priceline gives me 2.5 and 3 star hotels in Orlando from $50-75 nightly before tax+fees.

I got through several sites, I've used Priceline before. Definitely has some of the best rates through them!
