Love a good staycation. Relaxing, even with the stresses of dining out and shit wine! Haha……the frittata I make, I scramble the eggs, butter a pan, put it in there then add all the toppings and throw in oven at 375 for 15-25 min depending on how many eggs you whisked up. It bakes through and stays fluffy.

The wine was so bad but the cheeseboard made up for it (at least for me 😂) I burnt the bottom my frittata today trying get the top of it to cook so I’m going to try this next time. You’re the best, thank you for all the baking and cooking tips!! 🙏🏼🫶🏼❤️ I hope you had a restful weekend!

@@FortuneTarantola awe you’re welcome. It’s years of burning literally everything and teaching myself in the process. I still screw up so many things, but thank god my husband will eat it anyways😂…the cheese board looked delicious so at least not all bad, but still, shit wine is just so rude…how dare them! 😂😂

Honestly I can’t even remember what I did. On New Year’s Eve eve we went out to the city, had dinner, and saw them set up for new years in Times Square. Then New Year’s Eve and day we just relaxed at home. Then now we are spending a week in Puerto Rico so I am probably going to go into shock and seasonal depression when I get back
