I wonder, since temperature is so important, and they have to adjust the tanks between cold and warm wraps, if this means that sake brewed in the winter, could taste slightly different than sake brewed in the summer.

My friends and I would definitely drink sake and ride the slide 😂😂😂 the food places looked amazing too 😍 The sake making part is so intriguing! So much of the process is dependant on the workers' finesse as every step can go differently each time, making sake brewing a real craft instead of some automated process! How interesting 👀

A hotel...next to a brewery. I couldn't find one of these while travelling through Wisconsin...HOW?!? Also, I actually managed to try Taiyaki recently. Same kind with red bean filling...but I managed to get it fresh out of the fryer, which I felt made it even better! I got it at a new revolving sushi restaurant that opened up at the Mall of America recently. As for sake, favorite is still Gekkaiken Black & Gold.

There is also "Cloudy" Sake! Nigori sake (or “nigorizake") is cloudy sake. The Japanese word “nigori” is commonly translated as “cloudy,” and this style of sake has these beautiful white clouds of sake lees in it. Sake kasu are particles of undissolved rice that remain after fermentation. It can be sweet or dry, thin or thick, still or sparking. You might have heard it described as “unfiltered sake,” but it is better described as “cloudy sake.” It is a style that dates back to Kyoto in the mid-1960s and is very popular in the USA. I have had many varieties. I prefer the very dry, not sweet.

Tout l’hôtel était bien équipé et propre. 乾杯 et いただきます !🍷🥢 Personnellement, je ne bois du tout de saké.

It's actually funny how one of the sakes was called Mirror of Truth, since there's a well known European proverb of medieval origin about wine and truth (in vino veritas). Lol, I guess it's more difficult to pretend when alcohol has removed all your inhibitions. Do you think about sake or other intoxicating beverages the same way in Japan, too?

Just a friendly tip for you - There are way too many jump cuts when Mr Ide is speaking, I think you were trying to cut away imperfect audio and make his speech look smooth. However it's very dizzy for viewers! Here is what you can do; When you cut his audio you can switch to showing other footage (It's called B-Roll) on top of what he says. Exchange between showing him talking and the extra footages. I hope this helps! :) I'm so tempted to buy sake from the app!!
