I LOVED this episode! What a beautiful, sweet couple. They looked so welcoming, and their home was so comfortable. It’s true shinichi, when you eat food that has been grown locally or by a farmer, it tastes different. There’s love, hard work and a lot of sweat and early mornings in getting the food to the table. I was particularly fascinated by the first meal, when Satoshi took the coals out of the fire and then the fish and rice was cooked at a separate fireplace. Keep it up guys, I love these kinds of shows where you show the true Japan.

This reminds me of my grandpa and being with family. Just a nice time, everything looked so good and since it was all locally harvested, it really makes you appreciate it all that much more.
