This is our first family Holiday abroad in Tenerife HardRock hotel.
Traveling with a 22m baby, we flew with Jet2 late afternoon flight and late flight back.
The staff are so friendly and are so welcoming to kiddies.Our experience is that everything is well organised no delays, plenty of staff, free room

If your making reservations for restaurants on the hotel your be fined for a late or no turn up.
Lots shops outside, 24hr restaurants with a empty fridge in the hotel room.
