It most definitely took me a little while to get comfortable and freely talk about all this. With this channel I’m trying to be as authentic as I can and realistically with an SCI for most bowel and bladder are the biggest barriers to get accustomed to. So I’m happy to share what I’ve done on my side to make my life easier if it’s going to help other peers. Thank you for your comment of encouragement💗💗💗

Thank you! Made from a local artist as well. It’s one of my faves. Seems fitting to talk about incontinence issues✌🏻💕

I sleep directly on the pad so that the sheets don't get wet. If needed I just quickly replace the pad in the middle of the night.

Amazing! I actually have a mattress protector underneath my bottom sheets. Explain the set up in this previous video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eYbVeWupoNiejrs So if I do get wet I usually change my sheets in the morning. It used to happen quite often when I first got injured, but now that I have the hang of things, it rarely happens that I wet the bed. But whatever works best for your needs.

1:54 why dont you use adult diaper briefs witch can absorb much more in case that you leak or mess yourself so you could clean yourself at morning after you wake up ?

I’m not sure what you mean? Like absorbancy underwear? Or are you talking about wearing adult support every night before going to bed? Apologies not picking up what you’re throwing down?
