Thank you for sharing! I had the impression that you were always fit since childhood. Would you be able to share any diet tips as well? I tend to eat a lot of salty foods and it’s a problem.

I would say don't hate yourself if you mess up. Just start over and keep moving forward. Also make a list of what foods you like. Pay attention to the health foods that made that list and eat more of those and less of the bad foods on your list. If you want, add a cheat day to your week where you eat a few of thee foods that are less healthy.
