Not in their cells or inside the day rooms i.e. most of their exercise is the prison workout stuff. Weights are for rec time...when you get it. You can do burpees, dips, squats and pushups all day everyday...no equipment, no partner, inside, outside etc

@@choctawriverlife194 I am fully aware of the standards in Ranger regiment. I spent 6 years at 2/75. Then waa sent to Ft. Benning as a liaison for 2 more years. Then sent back to 2/75 for and additional 4 years. My statement was made in jest. I was more making fun of the fact that the standards have dropped so much since my time in. And I know these standards have been lowered because not only do I still have brothers in various SOCOM units that tell me how badly they have dropped, but also for the, very public record of allowing females to attend Ranger school. And FYI a haircut doesn't tell anyone if you're a Ranger YOUR GOD DAMN SCROLL DOES! I was literally calling the guy out! It's called sarcasm!

Some do some don’t. They can make fake weights. Water bags, carrying other people, and books. But weights are the best way to gain muscle. Body weight is ok if that’s all you have

Don’t get me wrong, Ranger school was a highlight for me but I also got my tab in between my 1st and 2nd combat deployment. My experience in real world combat operations was more vital in theatre than my time at Ranger School.
