We do play rugby in the states. We have our own league for it here, called Major League Rugby. We aren't as high up as in Europe, S. Africa, Australia, Argentina, or New Zealand, but we're doing our best for the sport. Ever since I saw this (and most importantly, the AFL), when I was overseas, I have never been able to watch anything like the NFL again.. and never will.

I remember back in my high-school I was mates with a kid called Daniel and I was in year9 at the time but Daniel was so good and built he played for the year 10s so I had the ball and all I saw was this built guy bolting at and all I could do is pray it didn't hurt badly he made me flip

@@danbrowne5592 Jumping in the air to catch a high pass (not a kick) could be considered a bit of a grey area legally; but running along juggling the ball - well you're definitely ok to be tackled. 😇 Leaving the ground 'after' making first contact, is the ball player's look out, he was on the ground when he first touched the ball, so is fair game to be smashed😉 [Intentionally jumping to avoid being tackled would get the ball carrier penalised]👍

We DO play this in the states! There’s even finally a professional league. The international rugby community calls the US “the sleeping giant.” We have the talent and the $ and the sport is growing here. But yeah, we got it. 🏉❤️💙🤍
