How to change the fuser roller on a Xerox Nuvera 120/144/288

I am always getting stuck having to have jobs run at night that must mail the next day. We do not pay for night service, so I had to learn to do this on my own to keep the printer running. I hope this helps if you are running a Xerox Nuvera printer and it needs a heat roller.

This takes me back to 2008 when we had this Nuvera printers on site. What a pain in the royal butt to change the fuser or the pressure roller. docutech is way friendlier.

Boy, that takes me back to an Ad Agency I worked for and I had to learn how to replace, toner cartridges, fusers, etc. Very hot inside those machines.... I use to tell my boss, who would laugh his ass off, that the damn printer was hot enough to cook a turkey...lol...

You made that look quite easy, by the way. I have done some work on laser printers, but never a Xerox machine. I love KZbin for how to videos. However, I have learned recently that you cannot trust every person that puts up a video demonstrating how to repair or install something.

I've got a 120 EA at work and I keep getting errors messages about the fuser web. I can't tell if it's spinning properly. I've been wondering which way the gears are supposed to spin

From the front of the machine, clockwise. Hope that helps. Fuser webs can come bad from Xerox, and just get thrown away. You may have one of those.
