Finally had our 16 x 32 shed delivered to St. Bernard Acres. Now we can start converting it to our home and doing the addition

So 5 years ago or a bit more maybe , you had the same sort of building in that spot and the county gave you issues , how did you get them to agree to the new building , since the old one was very well built at the time and they made you remove it ???

+@johnmccallum9542 Hi John. A couple of things. As I tried to explain in other videos, part of the problem was my misunderstanding on my part. When the septic guy said a minimum of 900 sq ft, he was not talking about the size of the dwelling, he was talking the minimum size of septic system requirements. Also, with the addition I am putting on this building, it would hit a 900 sq ft min regardless lol. I hope that makes sense.

I replaced a dozen screens on the windows here. I've been meaning to do it for a while, they were in tatters. Now we can open the windows when it starts getting cooler. It was in the 90's here today, but I got it done. It feels good. Take care, Joe. Don't forget to drink plenty of water. All the best to you.

Glad you got your shed in safe and sound! Those were some tight spots they had to move the shed through! I didn't realize there was an uphill stretch just before your gate. That remote controlled mover is amazing. I also noticed they put wheels under the middle of the shed to bring it in. Great drone footage too! I want to buy a drone but I keep spending money on other prepper type equipment. Great music too - I didn't know you tickled the ivories! Best of luck with your future home sweet home! - Dave

Good morning Joe and congratulations on the new cabin being delivered and set in place. I bet you you're happier than a pig in poop 😂😅. I'll tell you what I'm very impressed with that little dingo. That is pretty amazing and just looking at all the counterweight that's on it's like wow. We use dingoes here in New Jersey for digging in the ground for fence post and they are amazing little machines. I wish I had a shed like this on my 8 acres since I have no where to hide in these 110F days to cool down. I lost all my garden and been thinking on building a cinder block or wooden shed. Cool drone shot.
