Ste joined a cult and he admitted it felt good for him to be with Johnny even if he's not his real brother he just likes to be there with him. This is really sad because it looks to me that there is no saving Ste from bondage and I'm guessing Leah and Peri sees that too. If Ste wants to be a racist then he can stay one but his hatred will get himself killed off soon...I just can't believe he turned against his own family for thugs. He knew his family helped him with big struggles and now he deluded enough to think Johnny and Stewart helped him more.

Trisha C writers would only tell. I mean I heard that this storyline treks til the end of the year. So even if he is leaving it’s likely he’ll be around for a stretched period of time. Believe me I agree that he has run his course. I hate how Ste became such broken & empty shell of a puppet & I absolutely hate that he became a racist. But Kieron is an amazing actor and since this is a self awareness storyline about far right extremism & racism. Taking the part as the brainwashed antagonist a ballsy move for the actor. It’s a touchy subject but it paints a realist canvas of what happens in the world now that we all need to recognise critically. So in a way if he does leave a part of me will miss him for realzies.

So, how understand Steven’s reaction after the DNA tests result ? - He feels so bad in his skin, and thinks that he is valued by the supremacists and essential for them, that he remains incredulous in the face of the facts. - He has built himself an illusory world and reality hurts so much that he’s afraid to face it, to pass for the idiot of the village. - He is afraid of a new failure in his life. - He stays with the two brothers because he wants to know what Johnny and Stuart really want him, wich i doubt but we never know! And, despite Steven’s negative attitude towards his family, it’s interesting to see that she is always paying so much attention to him( at least for the moment).-
