Lmao i listened to this video as I was driving a tractor trailer yesterday. Without seeing the video it was hilarious you guys describing the stromboli. You guys rock.

Those looked really good. I played with that dough making pizzas on the griddle and noticed it browns a lot faster than homemade dough but once I dialed in the temp it worked well and the best part is quick and easy.

Good tip Griddle Cook! BTW Great vide you did on the loco griddle. I like alot of the design elements on that unit! You happy with it thus far?? Thanks -N
@griddlecookeatandmore2 жыл бұрын
So far I am really liking the Loco. The biggest downfall is the small grease drain that can get clogged but other than that it is all good.

TGG’s, nicely done gents! I really have to try Jeff’s cheese sauce….when you said you sometimes add Jalapeños, I added that to my to do list before end of summer! But both Stromboli’s looked great and I’m sure they tasted just as good. Sorry I missed the Sunday night live show :(. I was in Montana and didn’t have service while floating down the Clark Fork River :). Wish you guys the best of the end of the summer run. Keep it up and looking forward to what you all come up with next. Thanks, Jay PS. Headed to Burlington on Monday (15-22) if you ever wander into MA next week, give me a shout!

Looking good Jeff, and yes Chris you look good to lol, have you guys tried using avocado oil instead of canola oil it’s healthier and has a high smoke point .I’m gonna make a gluten free dough and try it and cheese that you buy already shredded has a waxy coating on it to stop it from sticking together which from experience can ruin a cheese sauce it’s best to just grate your own.
@TheGriddleGuys2 жыл бұрын
Hi Mary, I haven't tried the avocado oil yet but plan on it soon. And yes we agree with the pre shredded cheese. Fresh is always better! Let us know how the gluten free dough comes out! - C

Really like this cook but I have a question what do you use in a grill blazer for fuel. Is there a certain kind
@ryan_7822 жыл бұрын
I use propane. The small green canisters for camping work well or an adapter hose for the 20 lb. tanks is more economical if you use it often.
@billcurry89822 жыл бұрын
Thanks for answering back do appreciate it
@ryan_7822 жыл бұрын
@@billcurry8982 one thing I failed to mention is that the Grill Blazer hose must have increased flow compared to a Weber conversion kit for their Q series grills. I cannot get it to work with that hose, but the Grill Blazer one works fine.
