Sauerkraut is my favorite "fermentation". My Dad's Grandparents were from Germany. Grew up having sauerkraut at least once a week. Just love it! 😊❤

Mr. Couch is toooooo adorable and steals the show every time!!! My favorite fermentation is definitely pickles, I guess I’m boring but I have a special love for them! They were my strongest pregnancy craving lol - well maybe tied with watermelon actually! My gut health says give me steak like that anytime! Rare to med-rare; prime rib all the way…the buttery fats get eaten first. A-1sauce or combo of sour cream horseradish sauce. Love me a oven baked potato(no microwave). And for my ultimate fav with this meal asparagus or fresh sautéed green beans w bacon n onions…I also like a salad with blue cheese and a glass of red. And desert a new York cheesecake with multiple fruit pure’ drizzles with white wine. All day everyday…. Love seeing you guys on Fridays ❤

Same experience as you guys re: steak well done when growing up. And yes, I had to gnaw it dryly and wash it down with my milk. Needless to say, I didn't like steak. At college I tried medium-rare steak for the first time and it was a revelation! I loved it and now steak is my favorite meal. Cooked medium rare with Montréal steak spice.
