Happy Friday, Hailee, Chuck, and Gus! I made something similar for my husband tonight, except the meat was boiled shrimp. He loves anything spicy. Being from Louisiana, he loves food, spice, and wine. I'm a newly diagnosed diabetic, so I'm learning all about portions, carbs, fats, etc. Have a great weekend, y'all!

Chuck try some chamomile tea(hotter than you normally drink so you can steam while sipping), use local honey(help allergies, as local to where you live, not from the grocery store, from an Apiarist). Sleep with pillows, not flat, more upright with the pillows. Feel better!😊

I would buy pricey ($8 a can) wild caught salmon to make salmon patties and then spend 25 minutes picking the silvery and black skin out cause it tastes nasty. The bones in it are soft and fine (and healthy) to eat due to the processing of the salmon.

Love the collared butter shirt. How do you even find something like that? You two are my favorite chefs with your delicious recipes and most important, calm delivery. My fave pasta are egg noodles (the flat 2-3 inch long type). Can use them for everything. Great staple in the pantry.

Ok I love rigatoni but I really like maccharoni? I'm not sure but that sounds a lot like macaroni! I found the name of the shape I like by googling a pasta name poster😅. My favorite time consuming task is soaking and rinsing rice. And Lil smokey is a cute name!! Wow never been to the cheesecake factory! Love the collared shirts! But also your tees are always perfect. Dunno if you guys have heard of it but Brick Cheese out in the Midwest is the quintessential American cheese IMO, it's rich and buttery, melts like a mozzarella with the sharpness, salt and slight funk of young cheddar and is what MAKES Detroit pizza

Here is the thing with Rigatoni ...Recently went to a 5 start restaurant in the Hotel Hershey Trevi They served me luke warm rigatoni that was under cooked... Restaurants somehow think al dente means raw pasta which is not good...Al dente has chew but not un cooked pasta, so rigatoni is not good to order out imo
