Unknown Shizuka actually im using them as well. I started with kickboxing around a year ago and i was not sure if I would like to continue, so I opted for everlast. Honestly I‘m super happy with them, even my trainer thinks they are quite alright for beginners if you don‘t want to spend a lot of money.

Actually, if you sous vide the steaks, you can use some of the meat's sauce from the sous vide to cook the veggies and the rice. That way, the veggies and the rice would be flavored and also go really well with the steaks. One big family meal, to go with one big family and one big family portrait. Haha. No serious. This works. Side tip: if you sous vide chicken, the sauce from the chicken can be used to cook chicken rice as well...

twofacedconker if running 10+ miles, take a small snack with a high amount of carbs like, trail mix, protein bar, dates, etc...has worked for me during my marathons (have ran 3 marathons). Drink plenty of electrolytes/water hours prior to the run, as well as have adequate amounts of potassium hours prior (like banana or two) to avoid leg cramps during the run. Hope that helps!
