4 oz chicken breast is roughly 130 cals. 25 grams protein. 4 oz top sirloin steak is roughly 200 cals and 35 grams of protein with more vitamins and minerals i choose lean red meat all day over chicken breast

If having that as Lunch, you can just have that as a Steak Hamburger with Lettuce, Tomato, beetroot and Caramelized onions.

Nothing compares to chicken😂😂.No type of beef contains 33g of protein not even 27g which is most important thing for survival

Steak has more fat than protein. Steak is fat meat. Chicken breast is Lean meat. Steak is however good for gaining weight

​@@user-dg8gj3wi9n ive been on a carnivore diet for the last 3 weeks and eat beef steaks etc nearly every day and jave lost weight quicker comoared to when i was eating more lean chicken and rice etc plus energy levels are through the roof, satiated, and cravings are massively reduced.

@@GP-dp4mr If your trying to build muscle you need actual protein don't get these meat that are high in fat. Steak is also a lean meat. Make sure you tell your butcher what meat your buying and check the nuitrtion facts

Depends on which cut of steak. Some only have a 10 calorie difference.

Depends on what cut of beef. Top sirloin has high protein and it’s lean.

Chicken breast is more expensive than beef now. They say there is a higher demand for chicken which has pushed up the price. I doubt meat prices will go back to normal.

Misinformation, 4oz chicken breast is 21g of protein. What kind of 4oz chicken breast has 33g?

If you would have basic knowledge about human biochemistry you would know that more % of fat in diet = less fat on body, keto people with 85% fat in diet are perfect example

It's not as simple as "more fat equates bad for weight loss" What fat is this? How is it made? (inside the cow or chicken)" . Cows have four stomach which they use for digesting and absorbing the food they eat. And when eating grass they turn the polyunsaturated fats into saturated fats. These fats are very stable. When unstable fats like canola oil, sunflower oil etc gets in your cell mepbranes you feel slow because the fats are unstable.

fat contants are very diverse for which cut of steak you choose. Some cuts of steak has 22 grams of protein per 100g and 103 cals. Im not saying chichen is bad. Just saying that more fats doesnt mean unhealthy.

This video is explaining how to eat the same amount of ounces but for less calories since fat is higher calories per gram. This video does not say fat is bad.

hello can you clear my doubt if a food i eat is 200 calories. do i need to workout to burn all the 200 calories or the same food is like contains 100 protein 50 carbohydrate 50 fat, and i only need burn those 50 calories only ?

When it comes to burning calories, where the calories come from matter in terms of burn dependency. You burn carbs first, then proteins, then fat. You would ideally want to burn as many calories as you can but realize that your body burns a lot just by operating. you can check how much your body sustains just by typing your height and weight in on a calorie calculator, then what you want to do is make sure the calories you are burning is enough to put you in a deficit from the calories you're eating, so let's say to maintain your weight you need to eat 2000 calories, you'd want your ending calorie count for the day to be 1500-1600 to lose a pound of body fat in a week. You can either obtain this by cutting down your calories to 1800 and then burning 200-300 at the gym, or by cutting out 500 calories total, or any combination.

The fat is still good for you, especially men. Helpsx with testosterone and brain. You can still get lean steak like flank. 32g of protein and 217 calories.

Beef rump is pretty lean 125 calories 22 protein 4.1 fat That's pretty good only 4 fat

I love ❤️ you I was looking for some one to tell me it’s ok to let go beef 🥩. I don’t want to eat read meat 🍖 no more I love ❤️ animals at least lamb , goat and beef 🥩 don’t want to touch em I can go seafood , chicken , turkey unfortunately for protein
