For anyone having pairing issues. Grab a needle or open up a paper clip and press the tiny little button on USB transmitter while connected and it will pair. Just make sure to hear that sound is coming through the headphones. You're welcome.

If had these headphones for 8 months and have been working great but just recently they stopped working properly and now the transmitter is in a solid red state even if nothing is muted. This happened right after I updated the firmware

Am I the only one that’s been having alot of issues with this set? Great set, but connection issues are crazy from having a solid red light on the usb partied with blinking blue on headset, to mysterious white light on usb paired with the blinking blue on the headset, to blinking blue on both. I don’t get it at all

I believe its because of the connection, ps4 uses the dongle where as xbox connects without a dongle. As a ps4 user this annoys me also as it feels lile we playstation users are losing a feature.

If you don’t have audio, like the guy said you have to update the headset’s version to its current one you do need a pc/laptop if you are trying to connect to a ps4 only way this works, if you don’t have a pc/laptop it won’t work for the 2nd gen 600 only the 2nd gen 700 work with phones

Iv been having a similar issue. The audio cues for warzone are not working properly. When an enemy is approaching it’s not giving the proper audio cue so ik which direction enemy is coming from. Hopefully someone sees this and can help us both out! 🤞

Just tried on my ps5 all the settings were correct but for the love of my sanity I couldn’t get game volume I could hear my own voice. Sure enough I just restarted the console and headphones and it just worked magically

No, the ps4 uses a dongle to connect but the xbox version connect directly to the console.
