@@kujo4737 if you have a warranty I'd recommend getting another pair. If you got the ps5 and ps4 version but are trying to connect to ps4 I'd also recommend getting the white ps4 only version, install the update and you should be good to go.

@@paulandrew_fc unfortunately no. I would get a different pair. If you have already done that then either you got multiple bad pairs which is unlikely or you have a problem with your console.

I've got both the black Camo and the new red cooling pads and both are great, but if you play for a long time or live in a hot climate I highly recommend the cooling pads!!! I've owned every headset you can imagine and for value the stealth 600 gen 2 are up there with the best sound you can get then adding the gel cooling ear pads just make it perfect! @@Nothing-rs8wq yeah me too, but if you don’t want to hear yourself you just adjust it with the mic. there’s 2 sliders the one you need to adjust so you don’t hear yourself is the one that has the headset symbol, just put that one all the way and then you won’t hear yourself.

Any help on getting the Gen 2 headphones to stop randomly turning off & disconnecting. The automatic shut down feature turns on, I turn it off by hitting the correct button to deactivate the shut down feature then after a short time, times vary, it’ll just shut off completely at randomly then I have to power it back on to get another 20 minutes or so, then the same issue persists again. Any help!. I have the original ps4 model (2013) that I’m using these headphones on.
