Stealth Cam - G Series - Quick setup video

I have a Stealthcam N42NG in the field now for many months now on top of one of the highest mountains in the area,.and it's gone from several days of 90 degrees + to sub zero freezing along with weeks of pounding rain and wind (multiple heavy offshore storms) including remnants of a cyclone and it's keeps on working great! Not one problem.

I seem to need help with this camera. Every time I change any option IE: Megapixels/Blur/Burst Mode. My camera will not take IR photos at all. I find I need to reset completely back to factory reset before it works for IR again. Reloaded SW have tried what I have info for. Must be me! Day photo video is awesome

Mine was working well for months, but now it seems to self power off while in the field for no reason. I’ll come back to check it, and it’s acting as if the batteries are dead. After flicking on and off again, it will come back to life and there’s plenty of juice in the batteries. It does this when plugged in to a 12 V source as well. I’ve checked all contacts, and nothing is oxidized. Any idea what’s going on?

Mine would not turn on at times or shut off, eject batteries and slam them back in slot hard.

wondering if the Stealth Cam G42NG has a setting to format the SD card, have not seen anyone show that in the KZbin videos.

My G series cam reads WAITING...….. How do I get out of this mode?

It says WAITING and then shuts down
