That’s a great idea! I bought a small handheld steamer similar to yours this past year; hadn’t thought to use it in the oven. Our oven (USA) has both a high heat incinerating cleaning cycle and a lower heat steam cycle wherein you put some water in the recessed bottom and it steams internally, loosening baked on mess. Great help but without the pressure and it sometimes drips dirty water into the drawer underneath.

I love this video! I usually use Dawn powerwash after every couple of uses, which works well for me, though the roof and convection fan area is difficult. I avoid using the oven as often as I might want. I ordered that little steamer today! Thanks!
