There's a difference between a big network tv series making A parody and random youtuber making a parody. Namely the network has a legal department that can afford a fight with Disney. Disney is well known for going after smaller individuals even when they had no legal ground to stand on.

Sadly I think Japan's Copyright works differently. It's not by 95 Years from Creation it's Life of Creator + X Years. (forget which Year number though. It ranges from 50-90)

The scene at 1:50 is most likely referencing "Minnie's Yoo-Hoo", Mickey Mouse's main theme from about 1929 to 1933. The last few notes are almost exactly the same as when Mickey sings the lyrics, "And you'll hear me sing this song..." and "Sing to her this melody..."

It's the same song Mickey whistles, just sounds like out of a '90s video game. Incidentally, it is called "Steamboat Bill," and the original recording goes back well before the short...I saw a vid playing the recording from 1911.
