I will be back there next week! See you guys soon! And I'm sure we will be talking about this job!

Awwe y'all are troopers. Cause that had to have been a long day. It's frustrating that the contractors couldn't have been like, oh okay well we will pay for someone else to clean your floors. Instead of being greedy selfish idiots and saying oh, well we finished the job, even if it looks like 💩😒 so now you're on your own & out money to clean up our mess 😤 but you guys did a great job, and now they will be able to enjoy their new flooring 🙏

Happy New Year! I have some areas on my floor that I need to do this to. What products and pads do you use. It's not the entire floor like this but just a few areas that just didn't get cleaned off very well. As always, great work!
@SteamBossInc Жыл бұрын
You have to use very aggressive products which could damage the floor if you are unsure of what you are doing.

I had one of these. My tile installer told me he uses muratic acid to get rid of haze.
@paulboy1611 ай бұрын
Mutatic acid isn’t ideal, it is very very difficult to neutralize and will actually stay in the grout and continue eating at a slow pace for years. sulfamic acid is the preferred choice. I’m fixing a terribly installed plank tile job with more grout left on the tile than between them. A good sweep and vacuum first Sulfamic acid and water spread over floor, floor machine with black pad adding acid solution as needed, wet vac the dirty acid water. Mop with clean water to dilute, mop again with continuous fresh water, then we let it dry and do a finish mop with light white vinegar water OR mop and shine. The sulfamic acid REALLY works wonders on grout residue, it also remedies the “washed out color” look grout has when it’s applied with too much water.

Phase 2 is a different pad?
@turkey6969 Жыл бұрын
Typically a black pad. Then extract with the spinner. I use an acid, flat mop, then black pad, and spinner extract.

Not sure if this video was intended for entertainment because it was definitely not educational. You work in Florida and you removed tile haze. I’m assuming this was a how-to video but you forgot to tell how.

Why thy allways say "it's not easy to remove" its one of the easiest jobs you can have, easy money. Just wetting the floor, acid cleaner, simple. Yes u need machines to do it, but it's easy
@SteamBossInc Жыл бұрын
That’s not true, I don’t think you also understand risks of permanent damage to certain tiles especially newer ones.
