Steamed Bassa Fillet in Seafood Soy Sauce!

Ingredients:
- Bassa Fillet (frozen or fresh 1kg)
- Spring Onions
- Onions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Oyster Mushrooms 1 can
- Straw Mushrooms 1 can
- Bamboo Shoots
- Chicken Buillon
- Japanese Salt 1 tsp (Ajinomoto)
Sauce:
- Seafood Soy Sauce 5 Tbsp
- Premium Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Rice Wine 1 Tbsp
- Ground Black Pepper
