Steamed Eggs with Dried scallop| Chinese Steamed Eggs with Dried Scallop|Smooth and Silky.
Hello Everyone! Welcome Back To My Channel
Today's video ! How to make smooth and silky Steamed Eggs with Dried Scallop.
Here's the Ingredients.
▪3 pcs Eggs
▪Dried Scallops
▪¼ Teaspoon Salt
▪½ cup water
▪½ cup chicken broth
for toppings
▪1 Teaspoon sesame oil
▪green onion
Dried Scallops - wash and soak scallops until softened. Tear them apart very thin strips. Set aside.
Eggs - Crack both eggs into a bowl and beat. Add ½ cup water ,½ cup chicken broth and beat until it is evenly mixed. Add the ¼ teaspoon salt and beat once aga. Then add scallops. Strain take away the bubbles.
Once the water starts to boil . Place egg mixture cover and steam for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes. Steamed egg is ready!.Smooth and Silky steamed egg and tasty smells of dried scallop.
Add toppings top with sesame oil and sprinkle of green onion.
Steamed egg ,ready to eat!
