Today I found my last batch of Halibut. I thought I ran out but, looking for chicken wings for the super bowl weekend, I stumbled into what I know now is my absolute last batch. Just in time for the Lunar New Year I thought to celebrate the day for those that acknowledge this special day with a fish dish.

I bet pun (wrap) halibut would be great with pineapple chilli sauce (Jale)

I tried it before, Halibut is delicate and overchooks super fast but if done correctly in larger chunks it can stay juicy, my person opinion, striper or catchfish is more suited for wraps, I don't know maybe I can play around to see if I can make it work again

@@24ksportfishing thank you will watch when I get home, yes i really like the striper boats they have a beautiful line for sure I had a neighbor that owned one the 2301 I remember when he bought it his title said 24 feet ,and I remember he use to tow it a a simple silverado 1500 2x4, but i will check your video it will bring back memories, thank you sir God bless you
