Delta Striper Bass steaks with sweet tomato sauce

Welcome back to another delicous fish recipe and we have many more coming this year, Today I have for you a delicous striper bass steak topped with a spicy, sweet, tangy and savory sauce that you will always get from this channel. We were out using Trolling techiques to land fish after fish and we hooked into a few that we were able to bring home for dinner. Recipe Ingredients: 1 whole fish chopped into 1-2 inch steaks 1 Egg white 1 bunch of green onions 1 bunch of cilantro 2 lemongrass stalks 1 large ginger 1 lime 1 large tomato 2-3 Palm Sugar balls or brown sugar 1-5 Thai peppers 2-3 Garlic cloves Clear cooking oil Corn Starch

I appreciate your comments, it makes me smile when my viewers let me know they are watching these videos and enjoying these recipes, sometime I make these videos and not really sure how my subscribers feel about trying it, whether it's difficulty or if im missing details.
