Not too dry, when you squeeze it will stick together & form shape . If it doesn’t stick together, that’s too dry.

Where did you buy that cup? Which brand? I bought the same kind but different name but they were melted.

Bought from Smart & Final. You can get them from Amazon too. Make sure it said "Souffle cups".
