Ingredients:
Tofu: 600g
Pork: 120g
Garlic: 1 clove
Spring Onion: 1
Half Red Chilli
Oil: 2tsp
Light Soy Sauce: 1tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce: 1/2tbsp
Oyster Sauce: 1/2tbsp
White Pepper: 1/5tsp x 2
Sugar: 1/2tsp
Sesame Oil: 1tsp
Water: 200ml
2tsp Cornflour + 2tsp Water Mixed
Method:
1. Chop garlic, spring onion, red chilli and pork into minced meat
2. Add some white pepper and 1tsp light soy sauce with minced pork and mix
3. Slice tofu about 1-1.5cm thick and steam for 5 minutes
4. Warm up the pan and add 2tsp of oil, add minced pork and fry for a bit, add garlic and chilli, water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil and then add cornflour mixed with water to thicken the sauce
5. Pour out the water in the steamed tofu and pour the cooked minced meat on top and serve.
