I love how corrupted Merged Zamasu's quote during his ultimate is Piccolo's from Dragonball Evolution. I think it's super cool how the localizer repurposed it for Zamasu, giving the VA the chance to redo the line for a different charcater.

All these guys look amazing. These animations were cooked to perfection. Also I saw some of Black’s Story Mode in Japanese, and I am proud to say…That Zamasu says the line in the story. Something that I noticed that no one pays attention to the fusion mechanics is that in bt3 if you fused manually, the fusion had a number of life bars equivalent to the sum of both (Ex: Merge with goku and vegeta and both with 3 health bars life gave to a vegetto with 6 bars) and one would say, it is normal that it is not in bt4 because that is unbalanced but no, it is balanced, you play with 5 characters in bt3 but you have the giant disadvantage that if you do the fusion now you have 4 but with great health. If you add all the health bars of the characters on your team, doing the fusion does not affect the number of total health bars, however in bt4 if you do the fusions, even if both have full health, the fusion will have 4 bars which which is terrible, you lose an entire character slot just for one more bar of health. No one obsessed with the meta would think it's a good idea to do that, no one is going to do it in ranked games. They have to bring back the way it was done in bt3. It's better select the fusion character before the fight than make the fusion and lost an entire character for 1 health bar when the character you lost used to have 3.

Manga stuff implemented in the game would be awesome. But tbh I was never one to believe that they’d even consider putting in manga characters that have not been implemented into anime yet into these games. The owners to the manga, games, and the anime are all different. And for years they’ve always had this weird thing going on where they cannot push manga content onto the games and other adaptations until they’ve been cleared to be in anime form. However, for already existing anime characters such as Goku black I have expectations that we could possibly see a lot more moves or skills used by these characters that were only in the manga!

8:15 This is gonna sound like a weird nitpick (mostly cuz it is, ima be fr) but….I feel like there should be more dome explosions…. Like, without it just turning into a big smoke cloud at the end, like, dome explosion, then the attack ends. Anyone else feel the same? Like, personal preference, I just like some explosions more than the smoke going everywhere. Think Goku’s spirit bomb from fighterz or Frieza’s death ball or kaguya’s truth seeker orb from Jump force. Edit: pillar explosions also could look cool (gogeta’s meteor explosion)

@@nightkiller6648 I think they are, the manga arcs handle things extremely differently, especially with the bonus chapters. Some forms don’t even exist in the manga, like Kale’s forms from the anime and Toppo’s G.O.D form is gone and a god aura takes its place. Some new fights even happen and characters scale completely differently, for example, 17 in the manga is only ssj3 level and not ssjb level. It would be nice for a dlc to add the pre-moro manga arcs as a timeline branch that you can choose.
