Well looks like I’ll keep my T version and order the N version here in next month of or so. Thanks Dave for the great in depth information of the two payloads. Been waiting for this type of review.

It is really pricey. 13k. No doubt the quality but price !!!! Woooooo. Would live to have it for my drone hut ...
why not combine the best features of both into one so there are no trade offs? Perhaps that's just too much to ask a company for because it doesn't maximize profit.....

It's the same thing as a drone, there is no drone that does everything for everyone. The H20N gives users another option for specific needs. If you think where we were with the Enterprise Dual just 3 years ago which had "VERY" limited Thermal capability, and no zoom functionality you can see we have come a long way. The same thing will be said for where Drone Technology is in the next 2 to 3 years as well. Drone's are like IT equipment.

Because in engineering there is no free lunch. You want additional capabilities? That means more hardware. You want more hardware? That means more weight. Thankfully this company (like all) tries to maximize profit, otherwise there would be no Zenmuse H20N at all.
