Interesting news. Looks like no RTK option in either version, though. So, more of a search and rescue aircraft rather than a facade scanning and/or survey/mapping tool at this point, I'm assuming?

Correct no RTK option. There's been people at the Commercial UAV show telling us about a new Parrot drone possibly before the end of the year. Haven't been able to get anyone to confirm yet.

Does this have an upgraded transmission system? Billy Kyle did a vid on this a year ago and the data transmission wasn't great

HI Janet that is something that we have not tested. I believe the specs are the same.

@@SteelCityDrones Hum it would be very interesting to see a test in an urban environment. He was getting shockingly bad range even with line of sight. seems alarming.

@@SteelCityDrones He had some issues about 2,000 feet from him which is more understandable but there was a moment in his video where he had some signal break up at just 310 feet. For reference I am talking about his video titled "Parrot Anafi USA First Flight and Impressions - Small But Mighty" from 1 year ago.

Big controllers are absolutely the way to go for commercial work. That's why the RC Plus has been so popular.

@@yuriboyka6937 As you know we love DJI drones but even if the proposed bans do not go through there is a lot of restrictions in the United States. Florida Public Safety can't use DJI, and a lot of commercial work requires Blue UAS. It's unfortunate but its where the industry is right now.
