Respectfully, im 100% okay with this. Draft 2 guys in the draft. Im excited about that. I do hope they draft the correct 2 guys. I hope they dont over step either. Xavier leggete, troy Frankin, mcluncy and Polk are the only 2nd rounder guys that steelers should take. Wilson, pearsal, corley and others are 3rd rounder guys steelers should take there. 2nd round potentail but dont reach.

Thank god these trade rumors are dead. What I want to see Pittsburgh do before the draft is: 1. Pick up Najee’s 5th year option as it only costs $6mil and I believe he’s gonna have an even better season under Arthur Smith. 2. Give Freiermuth his contract extension. He is one of the best receiving TEs in football and has been terribly mismanaged by Matt Canada, take advantage of his low value right now and give him a contract extension before the season starts where he’s gonna have a break out year and want more money then normal since regardless of who we draft/trade/sign to be our next WRs Freiermuth will be Pittsburgh’s 2nd best receiving weapon behind Pickens. 3. If your gonna sign/trade a WR, even though you still should draft a WR in round 2 or 3 of the draft, trade for a cheap veteran WR to be a WR3 or offer a contract to a veteran FA like DJ Chark that way you still have a WR3, still having the ability to draft a WR2 and have the ability to see what you have in Calvin Austin to see if he can become a Zay Flowers type WR.
