Can you give us an example of how you'd use that in the context of a song..... maybe like I'll fly away? I'm hewring it going from the 1 to 4 but instead of going back doen go on up to fret 8.

It seams that my index and middle are always rubbing against each other with 876 groups. Do i need smaller finger picks?

Allen, it would not hurt to try some different picks. Also try reshaping your picks making them tighter. Maybe change the orientation of them by moving the more toward the end of your fingers. Also try playing around a little with out finger picks on, just your nails. When you do this watch and see how you are striking the string and if you need to work on your grip. With your grip you my need to concentrate on the spacing between you fingers to allow for the picks. If you do not have an issue with out picks than try to get you metal picks to mimic your nails ie orientation and end of your finger. Hope this helps. Keep Picking! Aaron
