STEELRISING - Platinum Walkthrough 2/11 - Full Game Trophy Guide

In this episodic series, I'll be taking you through all trophies and achievements in an optimal/speedrun like manner. This should take 5 - 10 hours, 1 playthrough only and we will enable assist mode once we complete the game once and unlock the trophies it blocks.

Crazy to see how fast you blaze through all of this. I was slowly killing my way across the map, murdering everything I came across (or being murdered.) I have more fun with it that way, but it's still very cool to see you just run past all the enemies and then stunlock the ones you need to fight.

For anyone struggling there is a way of levelling quick to gain some enhanced attack power or health/stamina... its a bit of a hack but if you equip an essence in your tool bar, for instance the essence of noble spirit, then scroll to it and press square to use, immediately after pressing square press start then quit to main menu... from there re load your game and you will have gained the experience without using the item and you can do this indefinitely to level yourself up! The higher the essence the better this trick works obviously 😉

Thanks mate, yea i was going to mention this once we get a revolutionary spirit as its quite slow. Though we will be using assist mode eventually

@@Optinooby yeah im just putting it out there for anyone who is trying to do this platinum run but struggles with these types of games thats all 👍 even with your guides being pretty much faultless i think the souls genre immediately puts people off.. with this information they might be more inclined to have a go at following you 👌

@@Bulby666 A better method is to use it right as you’re about to be hit be an attack. Consumes the item, but doesn’t count as you using it.

A better method is to go to Tuilerie, then jump off near the carriage and use the essence just before you land in the water. Once you respawn a few seconds later, grab your essence and repeat ;) Just tried this now once you mentioned the getting hit trick. Tried in fire and fall damage, but those dont work unfortunately ;)

Yea he definitely is underrated I’ve gotten like ten platinums with his guides to some of the hardest platinums to get if don’t believe check out his devil may cry 5 platinum walkthrough evil west these are all under 1% completions and his guides made them not so bad we need to spread this guys name around

I have one question! Did you skip some sitizen stories (the first one with the water)? I mean you are gonna do it later in the game? Are those sitizen quests missable?

@@vasilisfouliras6652 i do them all eventually yea, i think 1 or 2 can be missable if you pick the wrong choice or do at the wrong time etc, same with some dialogue

Thanks for the guide. Question. My game glitched and I didn't get Titan Assassin and Bishop Cite trophies. Is it possible to replay the boss fight later down the line or do you need a new play-through? Thanks.

Steelrising is all recorded, even the DLC!! We get all DLC trophies in 25 minutes btw ;). DLC guide will go up the day after part#11 drops

Their guides are remarkably similar to those on the Gameplay em Minutos channel. Same route, same plays.

thats very suspicious looking, like to be identical routing and for videos to go up same days, bet mine are 5 hours or so earlier, give him time to copy, record, edit etc. My DLC video went up 2 days earlier and they look identical as well, so guess it tells who is copying who. I have a text guide here as well. I only had a little scan of the channel, but there is a lot of 100% platinum guides, wonder if he copies me a lot, wonder how close his Lords of the Fallen guide is to mine (which is complicated to plan) plus others, i maybe need to contact him, because if he is copying my routes and earning from it, then least he should be doing is crediting where the original route came from. Have you watched many of his videos, is this the only one which is almost the same or is there more?

But watching your videos, I noticed that the routes and plays are the same. I like the way you conduct the play. Congratulations on your content.

how hard this game is in your opinion, Opty? I am conisder playing it with your guide, but not sure if i am able to manage to complete it because i've never played souls games.

If you follow me, it should be kinda easy. You can get killed quick, but shouldnt give too much trouble. Killing enemies normally or in groups is where the difficulty comes of you dont take time to level up, learn them and stuff. But im running past everything and then using cheese strategies on bosses (just spamming a single button). Then once we complete the game once and get a few trophies, we will reload a backup, get a few more trophies and then put on invincible assist mode for the clean up ;)

Yes mate dont worry, just killing the enemies around at this moment in time can be a little tricky. We must come back past these literally later while doing side quests, will do then! Remember text guide if ya wanna look ahead at anything!

I found the Hephaestus Batons to be a very good alchemist weapon starts with b scaling in Alchemy

Excuse me Opti, can you explain in the last part how to complete the game in the next game for those who do not have PlayStation Plus for cloud storage?

Just means you will need to do a NG+. You would kinda wanna follow me to the end again, but skip the last part where we go and get the ending, and resume what I do afterwards. You could put assist on for NG+ as well so you would be invincible, need all trophies that assist mode voids first though. I was going to do assist trophies after doing the first ending, but maybe i will do them just before for those that dont have the means to back up

@@tazyt08 You need psPlus, can do it without the upload, would just require NG+, not a long game though when doing juat the story

@@Reza.Rahnavard There is a spot in the next video where you can get 300 AE in 30 seconds. Though you can also cheat a little by quickslotting a essence consumable, then use it and straight away, pause the game and quit to main menu. If you do this as soon as possible, you will consume the essence, get the essence from it, but you wont use it up as you quit before it got used up, but you still got the essence from it!
