Kent Nishimura is a superb guitar player, but I am most impressed with his ability to arrange songs for the guitar. Every important aspect of every song comes through clearly. Can't get enough!

Not only is Kent a great player but he has great taste in music too. Awesome as usual!
My god the tone on your guitar is mind-blowing. That beautiful intro almost brought me to tears! I SO love that you understand the complexity of Steely Dan songs. Besides being a guitar ninja . . you have superb taste in music. You make Steely Dan aficionados very happy and amazed! You have a beautiful mind and an other worldly talent. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

I think Kent would be very sad if what you said was true. It's actually the opposite, players are inspired when hearing his wonderful arrangements of classic songs

Once again, I applaud your work ethic and impeccable taste (and interpretation) of great music. I wrote to my former guitar teacher, Jon Herington when you released Hey Nineteen to tell him about you. He replied right away to tell me he’d interviewed you for his podcast about guitar arrangements. I was so thrilled to hear that. Your skill and talent are so amazing and I appreciate everything you create. Blessings!

Phenomenal playing and an absolutely perfect arrangement of one of my favorite Steely Dan songs. I studied guitar at USC in Los Angeles in the early 80’s. I’ve been playing 48-49 years now. It’s so nice to hear this great song played and arranged so well. I wish you the best in your career! You’ve got a very bright future ahead.

What a way to start a day, listening to this version of Dirty work. Kent, you left me speechless again. I read comments of the people and they have so many great observations. It is typical for your followers and that is also saying something. Once again, this combination of your musicality and superb playing makes you my favorite guitar player. The amount of humility and respect that you pay to the original songs is amazing. That ending, out of the blue. So tasteful.

Hi Kent, so pleasing to hear you deliver another rock solid rock steady leading performance in a world gone mad. Musicians are the natural leaders and believe me those with understanding hang on your every "word". I really hope that those people that didn't get the memo that eg "War is Over" by eg the Beatles etc back then stop their nonsense and get it together. Shine on bro.
