Good on you for sticking with what you’ve got for the rest of this trip and not swapping your gear out for sponsorship, it definitely shows your not in it for the money and just the experience. Yeah, having your back go out sucks big time. It certainly gets your attention. I've had it and some of my friends have too. It's small comfort but it will most likely go away over time. Mine took a month to kinda get over the worst of it but in the meantime if it's spasming Voltarin tablets are the go. Miracle workers to relieve the pain. I found the cream does nothing. Also try to keep moving. That can be hard and obviously don't do it if things are too psycho but movement helps in the long run. Otherwise things tend to seize up. Good luck and I hope it gets better soon.
