I have a '59 or '60 Ford F-100 steering wheel that I need to both resize to a smaller OD, but want to reproduce the finger depressions on the back of the new, smaller Diameter outer wheel. Watching this video, I figured out how to go about that process. Thanks!

Wow, I was wondering why you were working so fast, then I remembered you were using quick drying epoxy. This episode reminds me of a feature found in the old Mechanix Illustrated magazine called the "Wordless Workshop". Everything was made, fixed, improved purely thru illustration. Great job. I wish you lived next door. I'd be bringing the Pizza as the price of admission.

Hay RK I have an older ford shifter knob I'll give ya if you want it. It's acorn shaped with a round metal piece on top with Ford in the center. It needs a bit of tlc with a crack up the side but nothing a little epoxy won't fix.

The steel ring molded inside it still takes all the force. He's just repairing where the molded rubber has dried out, shrunk, and cracked with age.
