Grande voce ottima interpretazione...a British singer gives the best Performance to a great Roman poem. Landi was a Roman composor, but this voice is the best interpretor I have been hearing so far.

Pity about the need for constant reading and the occasional lapses in pronuntiation. It may not affect the average listener, but it affected me. Morever, I can't believe that the singer meant what he sang if his eyes had to be glued to the page. Not a patch on Marco Beasley.
