Steinberger Spirit GT-Pro Standard - Review

Review of my Steinberger Spirit GT-Pro Standard guitar. This actual guitar is for SALE, absolutely new without a scratch!! Guitar is in Tokyo, Japan. Very good quality and very unique guitar! Super Low String Action!! Very compact and small, fits everywhere, including airplane overhead luggage bins!!
Sounds very nice in all kinds of different styles from Blues to Country to Jazz to Rock to Fusion, etc... Sounds great both clean and drive. This particular guitar is the best i ever try from all Steinberger Spirit and Synapse models line!! In my opinion this guitar is Much Better than much more expansive Synapse models! Guitar was professionaly set-up by very good custom shop luthier!!
Also this guitar including SPECIAL STRING ADAPTER!!
So it's possible to use ANY STRINGS with this guitar!!
I personaly always use standard single ball strings, thanks to this adapter!

Always wanted one. Went on a cruise back in the day d this really large man was playing robin trower tunes on this little tiny guitar. Amazing.

I have this exact model, colour and all. Took out the pups cos they’re not very good. Put in a dimarzio evolution hummer and two dimarzio fs1’s and it’s one of my favourite guitars to play next to my Jems and JS models. No joke. They feel amazing. And great to travel with. Just bought a hard shell shotgun case for it yesterday which fits perfect as I didn’t think this humble little guitar deserved a soft gig bag. I always have the bridge locked in hard tail position as the tuning stability is off the charts compared to issues you have when it’s floating.

@Boondoggle well that depends on which country you live. I guess a 500 plus guitar it's not expensive if one is used to buy a 1000 guitar.

Is tremolo like 80s Steinberger with whammy bar as far as staying in tune on whammy chord dives bends etc.

Are you using the tremolo without the bar? That’s a neat trick. How much of a dive can you get on it? Are you pressing just behind the intonation rockers with your palm?

Please, do you know in case I decide to replace the bridge pickup, does it need to be an F spaced pickup ?

I don't believe it needs to be. A lot of guitars with floyds don't even have F spacec pickups. Just a preference thing.

Would this guitar be good for legato technique ?

Most modern guitars are good for legato because most of them have medium jumbo(standard frets) or jumbo(really high frets) frets. Guitars like Rickenbackers are really bad for soloing because they have low frets that are mostly for rhytmic functions.
