Wooe I know this lady. I didn't know she had a case in court. I contacted somebody from Kenya to ask how she is doing & was told all is well with them as a family. The problems is these judges don't suffer the consequences of their ruling and are never held responsible Sadly this poor lady is one of the many victims of kenya prosecution numbers game. "It is a public case so we need a prosecution ASAP. So grab the nearest guy who meets the description. We'll worry about the evidence later".

What I learn from this story is never buy land without a title. Make sure you secure your land with a fence and often check your land often. There is more to the story that she is telling. How comes she is the one in jail yet she did not receive the money? I feel sorry for her.

It's nothing horrible than a human deprived freedom !!! When in jails or detentions is when many get closer to their faith and others knows how to appreciate "normal things " like getting up freely , eating freely , talking freely etcs .!! Mmmmh ! If the company was real , those who wanted to refund the customers plots , why couldn't they show in the courtyard the original papers that showed that the two clients were the real owners !?
