This guy's story doesn't add-up. At one point he says he was given phone which he placed his line. Took it to charging and left it over night (That was on 2nd) On 9th, he got arrested this is following evidence that his line was placed on a stolen phone. He was I dentified during a parade as one of the robbers but ends up saying it was his brother (The question is, are they identical with his brother? He says his brother was younger than him, what was the age difference by then?) Third accused distant himself from the incident and was left having recorded a statement that he gave the phone to the second accused, At the time of arrest, the officers traced the phone and not the line. (This is the reason why am saying this, smart phones will first ask you for password or pattern before you are asked to input your SIM card PIN! How comes this specific phone asked for his PIN first?) Between dates 3 and 8, who was in hold of this specific phone? (The guy said he returned the phone to Mike, but during his arrest, he tried to give back phone to his brother. Furthermore he says that he told his brother to tell Mike to come for the phone. If indeed the phone was given to Mike, how did it end in his hands during arrest? The first accused confirmed that he was not present at the time of crime, even though this is not enough evidence to set him free, he would have appealed to reduce the sentence. For me the guy is guilty on this basis 1. He knew the phone was stolen, he cannot say he didn't know the phone was stolen yet he suggested the phone to be flashed but later ended up using it. 2. For Mike to come to him to charge the phone, he at least told him that the phone was given to him by the 2nd accused brother. Without even taking time to ask his brother where he got the phone, he already made made suggestions for phone to be flashed. (Meaning this is something they have been doing and was well conversant with the stages of clearing a phone after theft) 3. Finally, the accused says everyone disappeared after learning that they were arrested. He says in the car when he was being arrested was the first accused. In what way or the other, he was not the first person to be arrested. When doing arrest, the police will always explain to you why you are getting arrested. He has the time to tell the police that the phone was given to him by his brother during arrest (this because he was with his brother) but chose to hide everything till his brother varnished The first accused named his teammates, at what specific time did he name them? (Because had it been before the arrest of the second accused, the police would have arrested this guy's brother too. But this guy is guilty, he used a stolen phone knowing will it was stolen without reporting the matter to the police

I’m from that village. They were asked to provide the brother, Sammy. The family either hawakua wanajua place ako ama walkua wanamficha and the were convinced huyu hatafungwa. Alafu ikawaramba. This guy ha deserve kuwa ndani, ni the brother ndio mubaya. This guy had a home, a pretty wife and kid, he had a job. He was living as a responsible citizen while his brother was misbehaving. The family wangesaidia kushika the other one. I heard they were also afraid the DCI wangechukua both sons which ingekua double tragedy!
